Privacy Policy

Tacit Office is a service provided by Tacit Solutions ("Tacit", "we", "us"). This policy covers personal information we collect through this marketing website and through the discovery-call signup form.

• Information you submit: name, work email, practice or specialty, and anything you write in the message field of the signup form.
• Technical data: standard server logs (IP address, user agent, referer, timestamps) generated when your browser loads pages.
• Cookies: a single first-party preference cookie/local-storage entry that remembers your cookie-banner choice. We do not set advertising cookies.

• To respond to your discovery-call request and follow up about your practice.
• To operate, secure, and improve this website.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We use the following subprocessors. Each receives only the data necessary to perform its function and is bound by its own privacy terms.

• Lovable Cloud (Supabase): hosted database and backend infrastructure. Stores form submissions and serves the application. Privacy policy.
• Resend: transactional email delivery used to notify our team when you submit the signup form. Privacy policy.
• Cloudflare: edge hosting and DDoS protection for this website. Privacy policy.
• Google Fonts: serves the Inter web font. Google may receive your IP address when fonts load. Privacy policy.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share it with advertising networks.

Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and similar US state laws), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising, and to limit use of sensitive personal information. To exercise any of these rights, email hpham@tacitscribes.com.

We recognize the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid opt-out of "sale"/"sharing" under applicable law. When your browser sends GPC, our cookie banner is suppressed and we record an opt-out without further action.

Signup-form submissions are retained while we are evaluating or maintaining a business relationship with you, and deleted on request or when no longer needed.

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in a managed Postgres database with row-level security enabled. Only authorized Tacit personnel can read submissions.

This site is intended for healthcare professionals and is not directed to children under 16.
